"Drunken Wet-Suit Guy"

Films: Sting of Death (1965)

Alias: Egon

Type: Man-Made

Location: Swamp/Cave/Civilized Area

Height/Weight: That of an average human.

Affiliation: Evil

Summary: Here we are in the swamp-lands of Florida. Frankly, it's humid, full of drunken idiots, and is generally unpleasant. Oh, and now it has a killer mutant jellyfish man on the loose. Lovely.

History: Egon was a typical mad scientist's assistant seeking to murder all those who wronged him. To do this, he would drink from a tank full of potion hooked up to a machine that would transform him into a deadly jellyfish monster. That, or the fumes from the tank made him duller and hastily put together a bad-looking suit. It goes both ways, really.

Notable Kills: Nothing special.

Final Fate: During a scuffle between a man and Egon, a flare is dropped into the tank, sabotaging the machine and causing Egon to return to human form and die.

Powers/Abilities: Egon is deadly to the touch...when the plot demands it.

Weakness: When the machine is destroyed, so is he.

Scariness Factor: 1.5-Aside from inconsistent powers, Egon looks like an idiot hurriedly put on a wet suit, draped himself in beads, and then put a deflated plastic see-through bubble on his head. Not very imposing.

Trivia: -The most venomous jellyfish in the world is the Australian box jellyfish, which is known for causing death for people within at most five minutes upon being stung.

-Herschell Gordon Lewis was involved with this film. Wait, it's not a gorefest?!

Horror as in the unbearable heat in Florida.
Mobility has been sacrificed for scariness.
